Financial overview

Price. Scope. Agreement.
This is the starting point.

Purchases and registration are open. These terms apply to new orders from individuals and organisations; mandatory legal rights remain protected, and earlier agreements are not changed retroactively.

Know the total.

Each tool has its own monthly or annual subscription, with the chosen period paid in full. The 72-hour trial needs no card, has limited usage and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Reviews and training are paid in full at purchase or booking. The total, currency, taxes and fees are shown before confirmation; there are no additions without your consent. AI credit is reserved when processing starts. One unit is charged when a valid result is delivered; the reservation is released after confirmed failure. Approving or manually editing a proposal incurs no additional charge.

Every order has its limits.

Bunya, Hader, Nasaq and Nitaq subscriptions are independent of the consulting journey. Stopping renewal preserves the paid period until its end and does not create a refund request. When the subscription expires, new processing stops; tool outputs remain available for reading and export, subject to permissions, for 90 days, with notice before retention ends. Paying for a review does not start a full engagement or guarantee acceptance or a particular outcome; your agreement defines the scope and deliverables.

The Journey

Payment follows progress.

30% on approval of the agreement, 40% after approval of the main phase defined in it, and30% on final delivery.

The first payment is an advance against the fees; it is not automatically forfeited on cancellation.

How is the performed portion of a service calculated?

By the proportion of work completed or training hours delivered out of the agreed total. We provide a settlement statement and do not deduct an amount merely for reserving time.

During the 14 days starting the day after contracting, we begin only at your express request and after explaining the proportionate charge in advance. Without this, we do not deduct a charge for an early start.

Completion of the service does not remove a statutory withdrawal right without your express consent and prior acknowledgment, where permitted by law.

When will I receive the response and refund?

We acknowledge receipt within two business days and refund the amount due without delay, within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice, in the original currency and payment method, with no refund fee.

What if we cancel the service or a defect arises?

If we cancel or cannot deliver, we refund the unperformed portion; if the completed work has no usable value, we refund the full amount.

Your legal rights to remedies for defects or non-conformity and to refunds do not end when the 14-day period expires.

Can the terms of my agreement differ?

A different payment schedule may be agreed in writing before contracting. No special term limits mandatory consumer rights; the stronger protection provided by applicable law prevails.
